The name daffodil is the common name for all members of the genus narcissus.Broadleigh Gardens offer one of the largest ranges of dwarf daffodils anywhere. As we have such a large range of different daffodils (Narcissus)we have split them into different groups to make your choice easier.They are grouped by Division(which is the system by which all daffodils are sorted according to appearance)by use (pots, baruralising in grass, shade, borders) or name.

Daffodils can be grown in almost any situation. Many are excellent for naturalising in grass whilst others look good carpeting the ground in the shade of trees or shrubs.
many of the small daffodils grow best on a sunny rock garden or raised bed where they enjoy good drainage. This is especially true of the jonquil family.These are also scented.
Some daffodils, particularly Tete a tete and Toto have mutiheads and many short stems making them a good choice for pots where they can be mixed with grape hyacinth (miuscari) and small tulips. They vary in height form 4-16" and flower from January to May. Dormant bulbs are planted in the autumn 6" deep and 4-6" apart. Bulbs in grass can be spaced more generously.
