Introduced by us, this magnificent form has grey foliage and huge glistening white flowers — a real show stopper.  Ipheions are easy in any dry sunny position, clumping up well and producing a succession of flowers all spring. They make excellent edging plants or look superb massed in a pot. Summer dormant. Their leaves smell of onions if bruised but their flowers are strongly honey scented and make excellent cut flowers.

IPHEION 'ROLF FIEDLER'

Beautifully formed electric-blue flowers on compact plants with short leaves. For a warm position this has smaller leaves than the others which appear in the spring rather than late autumn.  Ipheions are easy in any dry sunny position, clumping up well and producing a succession of flowers all spring.
